A Sacrifice for Sin

Somewhere in the beginning of time, there was set in motion a consequence or repercussion for our sin. When man sinned, something or himself had to die. Death was the consequence for sin. Hell was created for sin. Who knows what our human tendencies would be if there were no repercussions for sin!
In the law of Moses, the sacrificing of animals was to take the consequence of sins, or if it was a death worthy sin, the person who had sinned was put to death. Something must die for sin. Sin cannot enter heaven, thus, for us to be holy and blameless, with our sinful natures and sinning every day, in our thoughts, in our words, in our deeds, we have no hope of heaven unless there is a death for our sin.
Jesus, the spotless Lamb of God came and died for our sins. He set in motion a way for us to be redeemed of the consequence of our sin, which is death. We do not deserve such forgiveness! He was the ultimate sacrifice, dieing for everyones sins! All we must do is come to him and ask for His forgiveness, and in faith, except His unconditional love and forgiveness. What an amazing plan of salvation!
Jesus not only died but arose from the dead! This resurrection was his victory over death(over sin), Which is also our victory over death and sin when we believe in Him. John 11:25 says, "Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.
John 3:3; "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
Galations 2:20; I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
We must die to self that we may be alive in Christ, and through his resurrection we may have victory over death and sin.
