Ordinary Moments

Anticipating joyous times to come

Or reminiscing of days past

avaricious for marvelous moments

Many trivial things I'd cast.

Although I pay no deference craved

And pin moments as trivial,

The essence of marvelous moments

Are those of the unexceptional.
