Heart Language

Everybody has a heart language. There are things that speak to ones soul, when to another may be meaningless. There are things that we need, desire, or can relate to that not necessarily everybody will.
Observing a soaring bird speaks to my soul. It's outstretched wings speak of freedom and grace. From its mere existence, glorifies and praises its creator.

You heard a song with words you've searched for to explain yourself. It represented the feelings and thoughts better then you could've done yourself. It spoke to your soul.

A little boy watches his daddy say kind things to his mother. In his little heart something says, " I want to be nice like daddy." For in his little heart he seen real love, and that's what a little boy needs. It spoke to his soul.

I seen hurt and loneliness in their eyes through an argument. It saddened me to think that something so fragile should have to show up that way. Surely there is another way to release hurt and loneliness. For it too be locked up inside is harmful, but to be disguised in an argument is confusing and dangerous... I hurt from the knowledge that they hurt... It spoke to my soul.

Guard your heart, for from it flows the wellspring of life.
