Random Inspirations

I wonder sometimes...What is the right thing to do?...We all pretty much want to do right and good. There is a part in everybody that probably doesn't care to, but for the most part humans strive to be well-thought of and nice. When we're interacting with each other and somebody hurts us or we get offended we should treat them kind even though they haven't been to us. If we forgive they will forgive us. As christians we should look to christ, our perfect example. Someday we will be rewarded. We are all accountable for our own actions. We are responsible and accountable for everything we do or not do. We will give an account some day and will have to live with the consequences. So back to the question, what is the right thing to do? If we want to understand and want to do whats right, we can. There's a verse that says "seek and ye shall find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you, ask and it shall be given unto you". Another verse says,"But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding." We can understand and know. Sometimes we may think we don't have direction in our lives and God has left us. We may think He's maybe trying our faith and patience. Maybe that is the case but here's another verse. "Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is." We can do our best and leave God the rest. He will give us understanding if we ask Him. We don't always see when we've done wrong. Here's another verse. "Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults." We can repent and be forgiven even if we don't see our mistakes. We are human and have many faults. We may have struggles with people and may not always handle situations in the right way, but remember we are accountable and will live with these consequences. Another verse says,"Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies." We are in a battle. A spiritual battle. We can't fight it. Only God can.
